Office of Community & Belonging

Office of Community & Belonging

The Office of Community & Belonging is an integral part of the Division of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and serves a critical role in:

  • Emphasizing the connection between principles of equity and belonging.
  • Providing foundational learning opportunities for students through cultural enrichment.
  • Advancing inclusive strategies in recruiting and retaining historically underrepresented and underserved students, staff, and faculty.
  • Providing innovative training and professional development projects.
  • Fostering community partnerships that enhance the experiences of UNCSA stakeholders.
  • Empowering students to recognize and engage in domestic and global issues.

Some of our signature programs will include support and programming for POSSE students, cultural/heritage celebration months, and Artist Abroad.
