Candidate’s Optional Response to the Dean Regarding the Peer Review Committee Evaluation Due to Faculty Affairs If the candidate opts to submit a response, it must be uploaded to Interfolio RPT within 7 calendar days from the date Faculty Affairs shares the evaluation with them. |

Dean Meets with Peer Review Committee The Dean meets with the Peer Review Committee to discuss its evaluation of the candidate. |

Dean Meets with Candidate to Discuss Mid 10-Year Review The candidate’s mid 10-year review, including the Peer Review Committee evaluation and the Dean’s evaluation, are reviewed and discussed with the candidate. The Office of the Dean provides copies of the aforementioned documents to the candidate and obtains the candidate’s signed Acknowledgement Statement verifying they have discussed the evaluation with the Dean and received the aforementioned documents. |
