Doug Henderson has spent more than 35 years in senior management sales and marketing
roles within the home furnishings industry and is currently vice president of Nice
Link Fabrics, responsible for the company’s U.S. market. He earned his B.A. in Finance
from the University of Georgia and is a past president of International Textile Manufacturing
Association, an industry trade organization.
Henderson and his wife, Sue, have been honored with the UNCSA Giannini Society Award in recognition of their many years of service and support, including serving on the
Board of Visitors, chairing the 50th Anniversary Gala, and spearheading fundraising
efforts for the School of Design and Production costume shop. They live in Winston-Salem and have two daughters.
