Meet Saxton Rose, Dean of Music
Saxton Rose, Interim Dean of Music

In 2008, Saxton Rose became only the second bassoon professor in the 50-year history of the UNCSA School of Music. He is one of America’s most recognized bassoon soloists and chamber musicians, and has served as dean since June 2021.
