Jill Crainshaw appointed permanent Ombuds

Jill CrainshawThe Division of Institutional Integrity is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Jill Crainshaw as UNCSA University Ombuds. 
 
At UNCSA, the Ombuds Office provides confidential and informal resources for the management, prevention, and resolution of conflicts involving faculty, staff, and administrators. The University Ombuds is available to meet with any staff or faculty members facing a conflict or challenge at work. Learn more about the Ombuds Office and how to schedule a confidential appointment. Crainshaw is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church and a well-known author in the areas of worship and religious leadership. She is vice dean for faculty development and academic initiatives at Wake Forest University School of Divinity where she serves as professor of worship and liturgical theology. She has a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University; a master's of divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a doctorate from Union Theological Seminary/Presbyterian School of Christian Education.
