Three Streams

The Three Streams help organize and focus the work of the Collaborative Scheduling Initiative (CSI) project so it can be successful in meeting its aims:

Engagement
The engagement stream seeks to collect and reflect  ideas, needs, and concerns of faculty, students, and staff as well as stakeholders. To accomplish this, CSI will have a number of in person and virtual ways for people to be involved including in person forums, online surveys, and face to face meetings.

Building Blocks
Before anything can be designed, like a collaborative schedule, detailed features and specifications must be understood. Building blocks are the critical elements that must be reflected in the final template to meet the needs of all who will use it.

Visuals (prototypes)
They say a picture is worth 1,000 words. Prototypes visually represent how each of the major elements of the calendar hang together for Conservatories, DLA and High School programs. It allows for options and testing to take place to decide on the best fit solution before a new calendar is implemented in the Fall 2023.
