Survey: Key to improving employee relations
In April 2017, the Quality Workplace Committee surveyed the campus using both online and offline methods to learn what is the key to improving employee relations. The consolidated survey results are:

Figuring out what are the next steps
There were no "wrong" answers for the initial survey. All are important, but we'd
like to focus on how to improve communicating clearly and listening since that rated
the highest in the survey. The Quality Workplace asks you to expand upon how you,
and your co-workers and supervisor can improve clear communication and listening,
and how the campus can foster an environment that supports clear communication and
