I encourage students to discover their individual strengths and cultivate them. Ownership of all they do is key – standing behind the choices they make. As a performing artist with more than two decades of performing on stage in a variety of venues, styles, and disciplines, one of my goals is to instill the embracing of the process as well as the finished product.
