Performance Overview
The inaugural North Carolina Piano Festival brings three weeks of extraordinary music-making to the UNCSA campus, showcasing internationally acclaimed guest artists, distinguished faculty performers and rising young pianists from across the country. From virtuosic solo recitals to dynamic student showcases, audiences are invited to experience an inspiring celebration of the piano and its rich repertoire.
Festival performances feature works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Mozart and Schumann, performed by celebrated artists including William Wolfram and Arthur Greene alongside UNCSA faculty members Dmitri Shteinberg and Dmitri Vorobiev. The festival culminates in a final showcase concert highlighting outstanding student performers from this summer’s intensive program.
All performances are free and open to the public.
