Nikki Dobbins named new archives assistant
The UNCSA Archives is pleased to announce that Nikki Dobbins has joined our staff as the new archives
assistant. Nikki joined UNCSA on January 2.
Nikki is a graduate of the Masters of Library and Information Science program at UNC Greensboro. While enrolled, she interned in the Special Collections and Archives at Wake Forest University Z. Smith Reynolds Library and participated in NC State University’s Jumpstart program. In 2023, Nikki was selected for the highly-competitive Library of Congress Junior Fellowship program, where she focused on planning and outreach for the 2023 Library of Congress National Book Festival.
We are thrilled to have Nikki as part of our team, where she will play a crucial role in organizing and improving access to Archives collections as well as providing reference and research support for Archives patrons.
