Electronic W-2s available for 2023
Electronic W-2 forms are available for review and print via Self Service Banner 9
(E-Z Arts) for employees who consented to receive their W-2 form in an electronic
format. All paper W-2 forms will be mailed no later than Jan. 31, 2024.
To view and print the electronic W-2 form:
- Log into E-Z Arts
- Click on “Employees” in the top menu, then “Employee Dashboard”
- Expand the “Taxes” section and click on “W-2 Wage and Tax Statement”
- From the Tax Year drop down, pick 2023 and then click on display
- At the bottom of the screen click on Printable W-2
If you have not yet granted electronic consent and would like to do so, click "Electronic Regulatory Consent" in the "Taxes" section. You'll receive immediate access to your W-2s.
