Co-Worker approved for shared leave
The following co-worker has been approved for donation of vacation leave, bonus leave
and sick leave under the Voluntary Shared Leave Program guidelines:

Under the Voluntary Shared Leave Program, co-workers may voluntarily donate a minimum of four hours of their vacation leave/bonus or sick leave. The maximum amount of vacation leave that can be donated shall be no more than the amount of the annual accrued rate.
The amount donated cannot reduce the donor's vacation leave balance below one half of the annual vacation accrued rate. The maximum amount of sick leave donated by an employee cannot exceed five days.
