Join the Preparatory Dance Program as they celebrate the completion of the academic year by sharing this inspiring art
form.
The Preparatory Dance students in Levels 1-5 will present the ballet "Defilé," comprised
of the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum material for their respective
levels. Levels 4 and 5 will present original contemporary works choreographed by faculty
member, Jiwon Ha.
This performance will conclude with a staging of "Aurora's Wedding: Sleeping Beauty
Act III." This family-friendly, one-act ballet will provide young audiences with an
opportunity to see characters like Little Red Riding Hood, the Big Bad Wolf, Cinderella
and the Prince come to life through dance.
