SECU Public Fellows Internships Program
SECU Public Fellows Internships Program
Thanks to generous support from the State Employees Credit Union (SECU) Foundation, UNCSA is offering ten SECU Public Fellows Internships to current C1 students through C3 students who are North Carolina residents. Each intern will work a minimum of 300 hours during this summer internship.
The SECU Public Fellows Internships Program develops future student leaders, helps build capacity at nonprofit and government agencies, provides meaningful work experience, develops professional networks and skills, and helps talented young people serve in rural areas of NC.
SECU Public Fellows Interns will receive a $5000 stipend that is intended to help off-set any expenses accrued during the internship including housing, food, and travel expenses. The internship stipend will not be taxed, therefore, interns are responsible for paying applicable taxes.
