Technical Direction

The Technical Direction concentration at UNCSA trains students to lead the behind-the-scenes magic of live performance. Covering scene construction, stage automation, rigging and production management, the program provides hands-on experience and a strong portfolio, preparing graduates for careers as Technical Directors across theater, television, cruise lines and dance companies.
