Performance Overview

Shimmering brass and powerful pipe organ meet to immerse audiences in bold sound during this free performance. The Watson Brass is joined by faculty artist Timothy Olsen at Augsburg Lutheran Church for a program celebrating the newly installed Noack, Op. 171 pipe organ. Together, they unleash blazing fanfares, deep resonance and vivid interplay. Watson Brass features the artistry of David Dash, trumpet; Maria Serkin, horn; John Ilika, trombone; Brent Harvey, tuba; and Watson Brass Fellow Chris Lewis, who is enrolled in the graduate trumpet program.
