First, open up internet explorer and browse to the page you want your home page to
be. We highly recommend www.uncsa.edu.
Once there, select tools -> internet options from the top tool bar. In the first set
of options, select the 'Use Current' button. Press 'OK' and this will save your new
home page setting.
