Brass Day unites performance and education in a brilliant celebration of music. The UNCSA Bergstone Brass is joined by an extraordinary lineup of guest artists for a celebration of virtuosity, style and sound at its most powerful.

Featured performers include trumpeter Summer Camargo, known for her work with the “Saturday Night Live” band and trombonist Matt Niess, of the Capitol Bones. They join the ensemble for performances that highlight the brilliance and versatility of brass across genres and styles.

The afternoon also includes masterclasses and additional performances by UNCSA brass faculty, offering attendees an inside look at artistry, technique and collaboration at the highest level.
