Anissa Henrichs is a second-year contemporary dance student from Morristown, Tennessee. While she has always loved the performing arts, Anissa discovered her passion for dance at age fourteen. Since then she has devoted herself to the art form.
Anissa is dedicated to teaching and sharing dance with members of her community. In the summer of 2024 she created a summer program at her local library where she offered free dance classes to children age 6-12. At UNCSA, Anissa aims to earn her B.F.A. and develop her artistry so that she may become the best dancer and teacher that she can be.
