Anton Gillis-Adelman

Anton Gillis-Adelman (he/him) is an actor, writer and director from Toronto, Canada. For almost ten years, he has worked professionally in TV (including “The Boys,” “Nurses” and “Clarice”), film (including “It Comes In Waves,” “Birthmarked” and “Daughter of the Wolf”) and theatre (most recently, in “Next to Normal” at the Stephenville Theatre Festival.) Anton also has a passion for musical theatre and played “Anatole” in UNCSA’s production of “Natasha, Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812.”

Anton has written and directed several short films and plays. Most recently, he performed in his ten-minute play, “That Talkative Dentist You Haven’t Seen In Three Years,” and wrote and directed his first ever full-length play, “Stick People.” He’s also written sketch comedy for years and has claimed he’s a “funny guy.”   

Outside of his artistic endeavors, Anton also loves rock climbing, biking and the outdoors. He appreciates few things more than playing a long, tiring game of frisbee on a warm summer day.
