Evan Young is a second-year Creative Producing M.F.A. student in the School of Filmmaking. Prior to pursuing his graduate studies, Evan spent over two decades as a K-8 educator in Denver, CO, where his passion for education , and community engagement was first forged.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Cinema and Television studies from Morehouse College. Through his work with ArtistCorps, Evan integrates his background in education with creative storytelling, using the arts to inspire, connect, and serve the local community.
