Shaun Rousso is a first-year graduate student at UNCSA, pursing an MFA in creative producing.
Shaun has a long-standing love for storytelling, often tending towards allegorical genre work. They have cited the work of Julia Ducournau, Jane Schoenbrun, and Yorgos Lanthimos as some of their recent influences. Though, they also adore sketch comedy - so it really depends on the day.
Outside of the arts, Shaun has gotten pretty good at making homemade gnocchi in a brown butter sage sauce. Sources indicate he soon aims to broaden his horizons and learn to prepare a second type of dish.
