The UNCSA Counseling Center is offering Yoga for You, a free group for students.
This yoga class is offered from a therapeutic perspective and will incorporate mindful
movement, soothing breath work, stress/tension relief, and building resilience. All
levels are welcome and no prior yoga experience is needed. UNCSA Community Health
Standards will be followed. Mats are available in the Fitness Center.
