After a long day at work, they are too tired to do anything but go home and prepare for the next workday. Weekends, meant for relaxation and quality time with family and friends, often end up being filled with shopping, errands and chores left unfinished during the week.

The prioritization matrix is a useful strategy to help determine when to carry out a task on your daily or weekly to-do list.
