Submit a campus announcement

Campus announcements can be submitted at any time to be posted on the website. Announcements will be edited for clarity and consistency with web style and evaluated for relevance before posting. If you are submitting artwork, please follow the guidelines at the end of the form.

Note: Please allow 48-72 business hours for announcements to be published. Announcements must be submitted by Wednesday at 5 p.m. to be considered for the following week's Campus Updates newsletter.

Artwork specifications

You don't need to include a photo or illustration. If you do, follow these guidelines:

  • Photographs or royalty-free artwork or graphic illustrations may be submitted as suggestions to run with the announcement.
  • Refrain from using text on announcement artwork per the campus announcement style.
  • Horizontal or landscape photos or illustrations preferred.
  • Images sized 768 x 480 pixels (10.67 x 6.67 inches) or larger works best.
