Submit a campus announcement

Campus announcements can be submitted at any time to be posted on the website. Announcements will be edited for clarity and consistency with web style and evaluated for relevance before posting. If you are submitting artwork, please follow the guidelines at the end of the form.

  • Please allow 48-72 business hours for announcements to be published.
  • Every Monday, a weekly update email with recent announcements and campus events will be sent to faculty, staff and students. Announcements must be submitted by Wednesday at 5 p.m. to be considered for the following Monday's newsletter.

Artwork specifications

You do not need to include images with your announcement copy, but photographs or royalty-free artwork or graphic illustrations may be submitted as suggestions. If you submit artwork for consideration, please follow these guidelines:

  • Text should be avoided on announcement artwork.
  • Horizontal or landscape photos or illustrations preferred. If you submit a vertical photo, it will be cropped to fit. 
  • Images sized 768x480 pixels or larger work best.
