Register for the Mistletoe 2026 Run!
Join UNCSA for the annual tradition of the Mistletoe 2026 race on Saturday, Dec. 5! The event starts and finishes in downtown Winston-Salem at the William White YMCA.
There will be a one-mile fun walk/run, a 5K and a half-marathon.
Chancellor Cole is committed to promoting healthy lifestyle habits for our campus
community members as part of the Take5! Health and Wellness initiative. Therefore,
UNCSA will cover the registration cost for the one-mile and 5K races. There is a $25 fee for those interested in participating in the half-marathon.
We are also looking for volunteers to help staff our UNCSA booth, promote the Mistletoe
Run on campus and, for the first time ever, to staff the Pickle Juice Station at the
half-marathon! If you are interested in volunteering, e-mail Nick Gawlik (gawlikm@uncsa.edu)
or Natascha Romeo (romeon@uncsa.edu).
We encourage you to join our Fighting Pickles team! Everyone is welcome, whether you
are a walker, a beginner hoping to complete the one-mile course, or a seasoned runner.
Register with the link below and be sure to choose UNCSA for your team. For more information
about the route and run, see the UNCSA Mistletoe Run webpage.
Transportation to and from the event will be provided, and parking is available on-site.
Late registration ends on Nov. 14. Complete your registration by the priority deadline
of Nov. 5 to be guaranteed to receive this year's UNCSA Fighting Pickle Mistletoe
Run shirt!
