UNCSA graduates should ensure the important checklist items below are completed before graduation!
Apply to graduate
The 2025 Graduation Application is now closed. Contact the Registrar's Office if you have any questions about the application.
Check eligibility & holds
Check E-Z Arts or contact the Registrar's Office to ensure you meet graduation requirements and/or have any financial holds.
Order cap & gown (optional)
Purchase your cap and gowns on the Herff Jones website.
Submit Commencement Program Preferred Name Form
Submit Commencement Program Preferred Name form to indicate the name you wish to be called at the ceremony.
Submit ticket information
Ticket information for the Spring 2025 Commencements will be coming soon.
Attend rehearsal
The University Commencement rehearsal is Friday, May 16, 2025, time to be determined, and will be held virtually via Zoom.
Attend University Commencement
The University Commencement for the Undergraduate and Graduate 2025 is at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Benton Convention Center.
