College Graduation Checklist

UNCSA graduates should ensure the important checklist items below are completed before graduation!

Apply to graduate

From Oct. 15-Nov. 12, apply to graduate. Contact the Registrar's Office if you weren't notified electronically,

Check eligibility & holds

Check E-Z Arts or contact the Registrar's Office to ensure you meet graduation requirements and/or have any financial holds.

Order cap & gown (optional)

Purchase your cap and gowns on the Herff Jones website.

Submit Graduation and Diploma Preferred Name Form

Submit Graduation and Diploma Preferred Name Form to indicate the name you wish to be called at the ceremony.

Submit ticket information

Undergraduate and graduate students can request up to six tickets for commencement. Submit ticket info and indicate the requested number of guests. Tickets will be emailed.

Attend rehearsal

Attend the virtual University Commencement rehearsal on May 17th, 2024, time to be determined.

Attend University Commencement

University Commencement is at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
