UNCSA is honored to celebrate the accomplishments of the 2025 high school graduating class on Saturday, May 17 at 2:30 p.m. in Benton Convention Center.

Commencement Tickets
Everyone attending a UNCSA Commencement ceremony must have a ticket. Graduating students do not need a ticket but must complete the request form even if they will not be requesting guest tickets.
Commencement tickets are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Students should NOT give tickets to others. No one without a ticket will be admitted to the event.
Graduating students request tickets for their guests. Those tickets are emailed to the graduating students' UNCSA artist email addresses from the UNCSA box office. Please ensure each guest has either an electronic copy of their ticket or a printed copy.
Commencement Ticket Limits
Graduates will be allotted 10 guest tickets and the ceremony will be live-streamed for additional access.
Commencement Day Check-In
- Graduates need to leave all their personal belongings with their families. Graduates will have programs in their seats.
- Graduating students should arrive at the Benton Convention Center promptly at 1:30 p.m. on May 17, 2025. The ceremony starts at 2:30 p.m.
- Enter through the front doors of the Benton Convention Center and go straight down to the end of the hall (Salem Ballroom) or via the skybridge to the second floor, which leads to the ballroom.
- As you arrive, stage managers will be at a check-in table to sign you in and you'll receive any additional instructions.
Commencement Live Stream and Photo
A live stream link of the ceremony will be on uncsa.edu homepage on the day of graduation. The ceremony will be from 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Photo Specialties will take two photographs of each student as they cross the stage. The first will be on stage when they are handed their diploma and the second will be a posed picture after they cross the stage. These photos will be sent to parents and will be available for purchase.
