Recently a new community group to serve through Delta Arts Center educational outreach
programs. The City of Dreams youth group consists of PreK through 11th graders.
One evening there was a 2-year-old that had never used scissors before. I guess I
had never thought about such a thing because my children are so active in the arts.
In these communities, many children age two are disciplined for touching scissors.
The little guy did it, that is what he said, "I did it!" That was the cutest thing.
