Devin Rubin

As a counselor, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where students feel heard, understood, and less alone. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and I enjoy building genuine relationships with clients as we work together toward their goals. I hope every student leaves each session feeling supported, encouraged, and with a greater sense of hope than when they walked in.

My counseling approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I enjoy working with students experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, body image issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe every student is unique, and I work collaboratively with each client to find approaches that best fit their individual needs and goals.
