Performance Overview
Every estranged member of the Lafayette clan has descended upon the crumbling Arkansas homestead to settle the accounts of the newly-dead patriarch. As his three adult children sort through a lifetime of hoarded mementos and junk, they collide over clutter, debt and a contentious family history. But after a disturbing discovery surfaces among their father’s possessions, the reunion takes a turn for the explosive, unleashing a series of crackling surprises and confrontations.
This production is directed by UNCSA School of Drama faculty member Michael Alvarez.

About the Patrons Series
The UNCSA Patrons Series features performances produced outside the Mainstage season and offers audiences a broader view of the artistic work presented at UNCSA. The series highlights guest artists, special projects and interdisciplinary collaborations that complements the conservatories’ work, while also setting clear expectations about production support. Unlike Mainstage productions, Patrons Series events are not designed, built or fully supported by the School of Design and Production, and production elements will vary from minimal design to more complete production components, depending on the needs of each project.
