Gianna Hoffman

Gianna was born and raised in Oklahoma City, spending her formative years in an elementary school/farm run out of a house and scooping horse shit each morning. She discovered her love for theatre after playing the pivotal and nuanced role of 'the sky' in "Aladdin Jr."

She graduated from Classen School of Advanced Studies in 2019, and during her free time could be found dragging her friends to one of the many house shows that the OKC-DIY-punk scene has to offer. She also spent time covering, staging and performing classic rock albums with her friends and little brother, who is an incredible drummer and whom she loves very much.

Through these experiences, she found a new, more deeply rooted love of theatre and art, as well as a new understanding of the expansiveness of what theatre can be. Aside from acting, she also enjoys writing music, visual art and stop-motion animation.

She will graduate from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts in May of 2023, and is very excited for what's to come. Most recently, she played Norma McCorvey in "Roe," directed by Acadia Barrengos.
