Lauren Sellars is a passionate Hornist from South Carolina. In 2020, after graduating high school, she pursued a collegiate education at Converse University in South Carolina. In 2024, she sought higher education within a master's program and began studying at UNCSA.
Lauren studies with Dr. Maria Serkin, and will graduate with a Master of Music degree with a focus in Horn performance. Not only is she a performer, but she is an involved teacher. She began teaching in 2023, focusing on helping young students efficiently learn to play their instruments and to prepare them for all-region auditions.
