Lucy Beckett-Ball comes from Michigan where she has spent the past 3 years working on arts and immersing herself in the community. She is in her second year at UNCSA studying Design & Production concentrating in Stage Management. She has worked through out the Midwest and loves to learn and grow from the people around her.
What is your fondest memory on campus and why?
To prospective UNCSA students for looking at their next steps after high school I would tell them this is their moment where life becomes a choice. Until this moment so much has been determined base on circumstances you normally do not have control over. This is when your life becomes yours, which is terrifying but also what makes it so incredibly exciting.
What advice would you give to Prospective Students?
One of my fondest moments at UNCSA is sitting outside of the Design and Production building, laying in the sun, and spending time with my friends between classes. Those moments of debrief and laughter are so important for me during my busy and usually long day.
