What brought you to UNCSA?

There are so many reasons why I love UNCSA, but one of the biggest factors that drew me to it was the emphasis on individuality. No one at UNCSA is the same, and with that, you are encouraged to be the most authentic version of you, both in and out of the classroom. It is a place that fosters who you already are, while allowing you to discover who you are becoming.

What is your favorite spot on campus and why?

This isn’t really a “spot,” per se, but I love the pathway from Artist Village to Hanes Student Commons. I remember walking there in the morning, light shining through the trees, birds chirping, and feeling overwhelmed with gratitude. That walk is always such a beautiful way to center my body, spirit, and mind in the midst of our busy artistic lifestyles!
