Campus Hazing Transparency Report
In accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act, universities are required to compile,
publish and update a Campus Hazing Transparency Report at least twice each year. This
report discloses any reported hazing incidents that resulted in a finding of responsibility
for a student organization.
The first Campus Hazing Transparency Report must be published by December 23, 2025,
and will include findings of responsibility for substantiated hazing incidents occurring
on or after July 1, 2025.
Each report will include:
- The name of the student organization;
- A general description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility;
- Any sanctions imposed by the institution; and
- Relevant dates, including the alleged incident, the date the investigation was initiated, the date the investigation concluded with a finding, and the date the institution notified the student organization of the finding.

At this time, there are no adjudicated hazing cases with findings of responsibility.
