We're excited to share that all employees, except those at UNC Health Care System,
who receive W-2 compensation and pay FICA (Social Security) tax can participate in
the 403(b) Plan!
Even if you don’t qualify for one of the mandatory retirement plans, you can still join in by making voluntary contributions. Just contribute a minimum of $200 each calendar year to start building your future. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity!
