Weekly Mindful Yoga starting Jan. 26

The Fitness Center and Counseling Services are excited to announce a new weekly offering: Mindful Yoga. 

Join us every Monday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Fitness Center's Group Exercise Studio. Classes start Jan. 26. All bodies and abilities welcome!
