Are you a leader with a passion for the arts? Join the UNCSA Summer Intensive team for summer 2026! We are looking for dedicated Resident Counselors (RCs) and Activity Coordinators (ACs) to help create an unforgettable experience for our high school artists.

The perks:

• Compensation: $3,420 (Approximately a five-week commitment).

The roles:

• Resident Counselors: Focus on community management, student safety, and residential life.
• Activity Coordinators: Plan and implement engaging programs and events.

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year/s experience working with students in similar environments.
• Ability to live on campus for the duration of the program (June 14 – July 18).
• High School graduate.
• Strong communication, organization, and a "can-do" attitude.
