Miles for Wellness Challenge

It's time for the next state employee Miles for Wellness challenge!

The program runs March 9 - May 3, and all you have to do to participate is to email the number of steps you took each week. If you don't wear a smart watch, have no fear, the form has handy calculations for a variety of activities built into it. 

Teams are limited to 10 people, and UNCSA can have more than one team, if there's enough interest. This is an easy and fun way to challenge yourself to get moving as Spring starts springing.
