Children's Ballet
The Children’s Ballet program is designed for students ages 3-7. In these classes, we create a nurturing environment focusing on fun, creativity, musicality, coordination and placement. We instill students with classroom etiquette to prepare them to enter the Preparatory Dance program at 8 years of age. Students are divided by age to accommodate their developmental needs. Class numbers are small, so students will receive personal direction every class.
Important note:
All Fall Semester Children's Ballet classes will be held at the Arts-Based School
South Campus located at 962 Mock Street, Winston-Salem, NC, 27127. We are very grateful
to the Arts-Based School for this partnership!
The Spring semester classes will be held on UNCSA's campus unless otherwise noted (see below for the complete schedule).
All Children's Ballet Day Camps will be held on the UNCSA campus.

Children's Ballet
Age 3 & 4 (Students must turn 3 by September 1, 2023). Students can register for and attend one class per week. Maximum of 12 students per class.
Please note that the Friday class is held at Arts Based School South and is ONLY for Arts Based School students, K- 2nd grade (ages 5 to 8). Maximum of 15 students in this class.

Nutcracker Tea Party Camp Act I: Clara and Fritz and the Dancing Snowflake Adventure Camp

In the magical realm of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Clara and the Nutcracker Prince meet their friends with dancing, crafts and storytelling all enhancing the dream.
Students who participate in both Nutcracker Tea Camps will get 1 free ticket to the Nutcracker Tea Party!
Participation in Children's Ballet does not guarantee acceptance into the Preparatory
Dance program for second through ninth graders.
