What will my first appointment be like?
You will be seen by a staff therapist. You and your therapist will determine which of these professional services best fit your needs.
Counseling Services Student Referral form
In your first session, your therapist will review your Intake Form. During your intake your therapist will gather background information, discuss your presenting concerns and work with you to set short-term/long-term goals for therapy. You may review the consent form signed at your initial appointment with your counselor. You may also receive a copy of your counselors Professional Disclosure Statement upon request.
