Hope Adams

Hope Adams is a special counsel with the law firm of Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP’s Financial Services Group and is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. She earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law, a J.D. from the Campbell University School of Law and is a double UNCSA Pickle, High School Diploma (1983) and Bachelor of Music (1987). 

Hope has over three decades of experience counseling banking institutions, investment managers and private investment funds on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, asset servicing and product structuring matters.  Prior to joining Manatt, Hope was in-house counsel at PNC Bank, National Association for 13 years and was a partner at Venable LLP and Reed Smith LLP in Washington, DC.
