See Payroll for instructions on completing your time sheet and due dates.

Hourly temporary employees
are paid for the actual hours worked.  If you are in an hourly role, you will only be paid for the hours reported, and if you work more than 40 hours in a week, you will receive overtime pay.  Employee's should receive supervisor's approval before working overtime.

Temporary Flat Rate Employees

All flat rate temporary employees must have their paperwork submitted to Human Resources by the 10th of the payroll month in order to receive payment. If paperwork is submitted late the employee may not receive payment until the following month.

Flat-rate temporary employees receive the same set monthly amount of pay, regardless of the number of days worked in the month.  This means whether you work one day or every day in the month, your pay will be the same flat rate.
To be eligible for a flat-rate temporary position, the job must meet the criteria outlined under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
