New College Student Orientation Schedules

Your student is embarking on what will be a powerfully challenging and rewarding time in their college life. Their training here begins with New Student Orientation. Schedules and dates for parents/student are below:

June 15 Academic registration for Arts & DLA classes
August 3 Prevention Education Courses Available
August 18 New residential student move-in & commuter student check-in
August 18-19 Parent & family portion of on-campus orientation

College In-Person Orientation Schedule

We're excited to have the newest batch of Pickles on campus soon!  The detailed orientation schedule has been published below.  

To view the schedule on a desktop computer:

• Use the categories selections and choose none next to the word select at the bottom of the categories list.  This will clear out all selections. 
• Then click the checkbox next to your student’s grade level and art school (UG, Art School).  After selecting the proper category, you will be able to view your student’s detailed orientation schedule. 
• Use the blue next arrow to change the date range to your student’s correct check-in/move-in date.  This shared calendar can be added to your preferred digital calendar (Outlook, Google, iCal, etc).  

To view the schedule on a mobile device:

• Tap the categories “all values” bar and then tap (UG, Art School) to view your student’s grade level and concentration.
• Use the blue next arrow to change the date range to your student’s correct check-in/move-in date.  This shared calendar can be added to your preferred digital calendar (Outlook, Google, iCal, etc).
