- June 16: Academic Registration for arts classes
- June 17: Online Student Orientation
- July 15: Prevention Education Courses Open
- Aug 6-10 International Student In-Person Early Orientation
- Aug 6-16 Early orientation period for Design & Production (Animatronics, Costume Design, Scene Design, Scenic Art, Stage Properties, Wig & Makeup)
- Aug 11-19 Orientation period for Design & Production (Production Project Management, Costume Technology, Stage Automation, Sound Design, Technical Direction)
- Aug 11-19 Orientation period for Filmmaking and Music.
- Aug. 11 - New graduate students arrive
- Aug. 18: University classes begin

Graduate In-Person Orientation Schedule
We're excited to have the newest batch of Pickles on campus soon! The detailed orientation schedule has been published on the UNCSA Campus App.
- In the app use the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and tap Events & Calendars in the app.
- Tap the small calendar icon next to the filter icon.
- Check the box next to your schedule (Orientation 2024 GR Art School).
- Tap done.
- Choose the month of August on the calendar to see the detailed schedule.
August 7 for early arrival orientation D&P concentrations (Animatronics, Costume Design, Scene Design, Scenic Art, Stage Properties, Wig & Makeup). International student orientation begins on Aug 6 and move-in/check-in for all graduate students starts on Aug 11.
