UNCSA is committed to ensuring that qualified students are provided access to all programs and services of the university.  Any student who feels that he or she has been the subject of discrimination based on their disability, or feels the accommodations services provided are inappropriate, should see resolution.  UNCSA has adopted an appeals process for disability-related matters to ensure a student's rights and privileges are protected. The ADA and Section 504 Compliance Officer for the university is committed to ensure that individuals with disabilities have equal access to opportunities to all programs and services offered at UNCSA.
