Gillian Murphy: Trusting her training

Alumna Gillian Murphy and her colleagues from American Ballet Theatre (ABT) visited UNCSA in March in support of the Gillian Murphy Endowed Scholarship Fund. While on campus, Gillian sat down with Susan Jaffe, Dean of the School of Dance and Gillian's former coach at ABT.

Together, Gillian and Susan discuss the ways in which GIllian's UNCSA education influenced her development at ABT and what skills she brings to the stage for each performance.
