Performance Overview

For the first time, join UNCSA School of Music faculty and students for m.i.n.D. (music.improvisation.new.Didantics.) — a “nu” fall music festival that delivers boundary-pushing performances and presentations across genres of music. The festival is energized by UNCSA’s nu Ensemble, the Improvised Music & Jazz Studio and faculty soloists Dmitri Vorobiev on piano and Brent Harvey on electric tuba. Steve Alford and Mark Norman serve as artistic directors of this emerging event that’s not to be missed.
