How do I see how much money I have on my OneCard?

eAccounts allows you to monitor your current OneCard balances for Pickle Dollars, Bonus Bucks, and meal plans. You can log in via the web and/or you can download the mobile app to your smart phone.

My meal plan isn’t working but my card works in other places.

First, log into eAccounts and confirm that you see a Meal Plan assigned to your account. If you see the account assigned, it’s possible you’ve used your meal allotment for the day/semester. You can review your meal transactions within eAccounts. 

If you do not see a meal plan assigned, contact the OneCard Office from your UNCSA email address, be sure to say which meal plan you believe you should have, and we will help investigate the issue.

My card opens doors in some places, but not others.

This is one of two issues:

  1. You do not currently have access assigned to the location. If you believe you should have access to this location, speak with the overseeing BAC and they can help resolve the issue.
  2. If this location is using one of our new locksets (like what’s used at SAAB Music Practice Rooms and the Artist Village suites), you may need to have your card updated for the device's special encoding. Visit the OneCard Office and we can help resolve the issue.

I’m an employee and I want to review video surveillance recordings.

Video surveillance is governed by UNCSA Regulation 511. The review and usage of video recordings is restricted to Campus Police for criminal, Student Conduct for student behavioral, and PSICOM for operation investigative purposes. If you need to review video for any of these purposes, please contact the appropriate department.
